The Six-Steps to Complete an SBA 8(a) Sole Source with ArcheSys, Inc.

To set up your SBA 8(a) Sole Source vehicle, you should:

1. Determine your needs:

First, ensure that the statement of work, government estimate, and funding are all developed by the government program manager or interested party.

2. Sole-Source Your Selection Decision:

At this stage, the government program manager or the interested party will have selected ArcheSys, Inc. to deliver the work and have submitted a procurement request to the agency contracting officer.

3. Filling Out Your SBA Worksheet:

4. SBA Reviewed and Accepted:

The Offer Letter is processed by the SBA and returned to the agency contracting officer. The officer submits a Statement of Work and a Request for a Proposal or Quotation to ArcheSys, Inc.

5. Scoping and negotiations:

The proposal is then submitted by ArcheSys, Inc. and evaluated and negotiated (if necessary) by the agency.

6. A contract is awarded:

Finally, the contract is awarded to ArcheSys, Inc.
